Our standard turnaround for Wash & Fold and Steam Pressing is 24 hours. For delicate Dry Cleaning items or heavy comforters, it is typically 24 to 48 hours. Same-day express service is available for orders picked up before 10:00 AM.
Every item is tagged and inspected. Delicate silks and wools undergo custom gentle solvent cycles without harsh agitation or extreme heat, preserving texture and color vibrance.
No! Many of our busy customers specify contactless pickup (e.g., leaving the bag at the porch, with the doorman, or a neighbor). We inform you once the pickup is done.
We constantly do research to make sure we are using the best soaps and detergents in the Kenyan market. You can also request fragrance-free soaps or specific soaps if you have sensitive skin.
Payments can be done anytime after pickups but can also be done on delivery.
Once the laundry is done and the customer is not available for delivery, the customer should make payments when notified and we will hold the delivery untill you are available
